CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Life happens—I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This gives me a chance to offer the spot to someone else who's waiting to get in. Clients are welcome to reschedule or cancel their own appointments through the booking system anytime before the 24-hour cut-off—super easy, no stress! Here’s how the cancellation fees work: More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee Less than 24 hours’ notice: 30% of the service total No-show: 100% of the service total That said, I totally understand that unexpected things can come up. If you’re dealing with a true emergency or something big in life, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to chat and see what we can do to meet both of our needs.
